In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “GDPR“) Exelite S.p.A. with registered office in Viale J.A. Fleming, 17 – 41012 – Carpi (MO), VAT Number 02322360369, (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller“) provides you with the following information on the collection, use and processing of your personal data carried out through the site www.exelitegroup.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site“).
Purpose of the processing, legal bases and storage periods for personal data
Exelite S.p.A. is the owner of the Site and the independent controller of personal data processed for the following purposes:

Categories of personal data processed
Based on the purposes being pursued, Exelite S.p.A. may process the following personal data by way of example but not limited to: <
- Personal data: first name, surname, date of birth;
- Contact data: telephone number, email address;
- Navigation data: data collected when visiting and consulting the Site, including through cookies or other tracking technologies (for more information on the processing of your data through such technologies, please refer to the Cookie Policy;
- Data contained in the service request submitted by the user.
The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is necessary for the pursuit of these purposes.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will be processed by:
- employees and collaborators of the data controller authorised to collect, use or process your personal data;
- third parties established in the European Union, as data controllers, used by the data processor, e.g. for the management and implementation of the website;
Your data may also be communicated to third parties, independent data controllers, in particular freelancers or companies providing legal or tax advice and assistance.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Rights of data subjects
By contacting the email address privacyconsumer@liujo.it, You may request from the data controller access to the data concerning you, their deletion, the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, as well as the objection to processing, for reasons related to your particular situation, in cases of legitimate interest of the data controller.
Furthermore, where the processing is based on consent or on contract and is carried out by automated means, you may exercise your right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, request that it be transmitted to another data controller without impediment.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
