Lastly, the idea of creating an Italian Group of complementary realities that can strategically act in strong synergy and compete effectively in the global market.

The first acquisition is Blufin S.p.A., a company with more than 50 years of history, with an extraordinary reputation and value for Italy and the Carpi area, to which the historic fashion brand Blumarine belongs.
