LIU JOurney
The pilot talent project introduced by the company Liu Jo sends people on a journey to discover their unique and inimitable talent.
The first pilot project was launched in January 2023 by the internal training Academy of one of the Group companies which quickly became a blueprint for the creation of other similar processes at other Exelite companies.
